Capstones and advanced programs

Board Governance Fellow program (advanced)
A four-session program for KANS board members and state-level candidates, adapted from the KANS 2026 Board Retreat ("Becoming a Board"). It can run as a retreat day or four 90-minute virtual sessions. The narrative arc moves through five stages: Identity → Responsibility → Authority → Accountability → Agreement.

A7 · Capstone: My Pathway Plan
Pre-nursing learners combine A1–A6 into a dated, costed plan reviewed by a KANS student mentor.
